If you have been served papers or you have a pending court date in 3 days or less please call us at 859-431-8200 during our LIVE intake hours Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. or Friday 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. for help. Online intake is not recommended for emergency matters.

Completing this application does not mean that Legal Aid of the Bluegrass will help you. If you qualify for our services upon the completion of the online application, a representative will call you . As a prospective client of the Legal Aid of the Bluegrass, the provided information will be confidential under the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct for lawyers and we will not disclose your information without your consent or prior notice. We will use the information you provide in the application only to determine your eligibility for services and, if we can assist you, to aid us in providing those services.
